Flood myths are likely retelling of events that felt to the locals that were on a global scale being that they had little idea of how big the planet is. It has been well researched how at one time the Black Sea basin was a lot lower than it is today with ancient beaches discovered deep under the sea. The theory is the sea broke through the Bosporus straits and flooded it until it reached the level of the sea. Babylon wasn't too far from this area and this was a major event that likely took many lives.

by Simon ini remember one of the flowchart responses to people questioning the biblical flood was something along the lines that "every culture has a flood story".. of course, nearly everywhere has flooded at one time or another and we know there are minor floods and then there are the 1-in-1000 year kind of weather event, that tend to get a mention (anyone from the uk will still talk about the summer of '76, and that's probably nothing in comparison to a decent flood).. but the inference is that the flood must be real, because every culture has a flood story.. the best response is "now do dragons".. because apparently, nearly every culture also has a dragon legend.. does it mean dragons exist?
some desperate jw may show their ignorance by suggesting that man lived at the same time as dinosaurs and they are what the stories were based on.
fun fact: stegosaurus was a fossil when t-rex was alive for longer than it's been since t-rex has been a fossil to us - we're talking old, and no overlap (ignore the map in the cover of the old green bible).. do jws still even bother trying to defend the cray-cray aesop-fable kind of ot beliefs?.

So in 7.5 hours from now (6am Australian time), lloyd is being interviewed by Andrew Gold who is a Youtuber.
"Trolls Took Me to the Brink" is the title. Now put on your Lloyd Evans thinking cap and you'll get an insightful preview of what is going to happen in this interview:
- He'll give Andrew a heavily sanitised version of what transpired in Thailand vis-vis his crumbling marriage, sexual repression, etc. - basically a redacted form of his livestream.
- He'll quickly pivot to Kim's "betrayal", how at one point she seemed to condone his behaviour, and then proceed to list the accomplices Kim recruited in her "anti-Cedars crusade" shortly thereafter, starting with Producer Bob, etc, and how she went to avowed haters of his such as Mike/Kim, Marc/Cora and thus the conspiracy to destroy him was hatched.
- State repeatedly that this isn't anyone's business, glossing over the livestream and several social media statements and tweets, claiming he was forced into defending himself.
- Claim both him and his wife have been threatened and harassed (pro-tip from the old JWN days - He always claimed how a thread he happened to be melting down on was hurting his wife in a transparent attempt to gain sympathy)
- Reveal he's still living there and wants to work things out with his wife and couldn't bear to be without her and his two little girls (again mentioning their names) and cue the first tears of the interview.
- And finally, and here's the "money-shot", he'll tearfully reveal how he was close to suicide over these past two months, possibly even detailing an attempt - something like "I was looking at this bottle of pills and I was ready to down them all with my whiskey. The bottle touched my lip but then I thought of how much my death would hurt my two little girls"
- Make a final appeal to his dedicated army of haters to stop the abuse and claim his wife wishes the same. Gives a "Come Back to Lloyd" WT style homily and tries to end it on a hopeful note about fighting the real enemy.
I can only hope Andrew will ask him real questions and not toss him some softballs he's ready to answer.
P.S. - Lloyd, it would be a HORRIBLE idea to mention a certain forum with a 145 page thread full of "abuse" toward you. Please don't do it, it will embarrass us all. I certainly wouldn't want some of Andrew's 4K+ subscribers coming here and finding out the awful and LIBELOUS claims that are being made about you.
P.S.S. - Andrew's viewers are typically not former cult members who are invested in you, so when you do "cry", keep your hand over your eyes to hide the lack of real tears and ask Andrew to pause the interview so you can "regain your composure" and come back claiming that you are better now that you shed a ton of tears off-camera.

Your friend/boss has a rotten reputation here and this extends to people associated with him due to the strong cult of personality he cultivates. It was mentioned that you might be Lloyd as a tongue-in-cheek gag, but fine - you're Tibor and there's no greenscreen.
Why people are giving you shit is because you continue to be associated with a lying, deceitful, greedy, rubbish bin of a human being. Mind you - you can personally be a great guy in real life. Isn't it odd that we had someone earlier downvoting posts critical of Lloyd, who's apparently distanced himself from him (John Redwood account / Mark Odonnell?), but there he was supporting him (as non-visibly as he could). Or else it was Lloyd who had access to the account <- what I believe
The greenscreen conversation was already over with the general consensus being Lloyd probably got better equipment and even if it was greenscreened, so what? "Tibor" decided to make an appearance right after Kim Silvio joined and started adding new details to what is already known about the Thailand trip and with regards to his wife. <--- This is the real reason why "Tibor" came and switched the topic back to the greenscreen.
Though the writing differed, Tibor used the term "new low" when describing the exJW community which has been boilerplate Lloyd-speak for years. It could be Lloyd in disguise or it could be the actual Tibor, who knows? Glad you took out the rubbish Simon, it was starting to stink in here.

He was going to get FREE OF CHARGE, his book translated into Spanish - which would have sold god knows how many copies, but he wouldn't give away a few free copies in English.....for a book that he was funded to produce by the community, pocketed and continues to pocket 100% of the profit and the community that funded it had to buy their own copies...
Not only that, but once he found out that some of his unpaid volunteer translators had PDF copies of his book, he attempted to dox them and threaten legal action. Sound familiar? This after he pirated Crisis of Conscience and bitterly complained about the copyright owner sending him a Cease and Desist letter.
Google the median wage for residents of Hermosillo, Mexico to ascertain the absolutely heinous nature of what he did.
How has he been allowed to do this?
The answer to that is he is taking advantage of exited cult members who were already conditioned to give their money to a "higher cause".
He has the same moral scruples of someone dealing drugs outside a rehab facility.
